Terms of service
Effective from 1 October 2026. På svenska
1. About Reachly
Reachly is run by Max Cid in Stockholm, Sweden. Reachly helps you organise your job search: it scores ads against your profile, drafts messages and answers, shows you how to apply and reminds you to follow up. Reachly is in beta, so features may change and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
2. Who can use Reachly
You must be 18 or over. Your account is personal and may not be shared. During the beta, an invitation is required.
3. You always send things yourself
Reachly never sends messages, never submits applications, never fills in forms and never creates accounts for you. Everything that goes out is sent by you, and you are responsible for what you send.
4. AI-generated content
Drafts, answers and scores are produced with AI and are based on what you have told Reachly in your profile. They can still be wrong, out of date or a poor fit. Always read the text and check that everything is correct before you use it. Things only you can answer, such as salary expectations or start date, you fill in yourself.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Reachly for mass mailing, spam or to mislead anyone, try to access other people's accounts or data, or overload or disrupt the service. You are responsible for following the terms of the sites you apply through.
6. Your content
What you put into Reachly, such as your profile, notes and texts, is yours. You give Reachly the right to process it as far as needed to provide the service. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
7. Other websites
Reachly links to ads and application forms run by others. Information about how to apply is taken from public pages and may be incomplete or out of date. We are not responsible for the content of other websites.
8. Price
The beta is free. Before Reachly starts to cost money, you will be told the price, what is included, how to cancel and how the right of withdrawal works, and you choose whether to continue. Nothing is charged without your approval.
9. Liability
Reachly is provided as is during the beta. We don't promise that you will get a job, replies or interviews, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as missed opportunities. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which deletes all your data. We may close an account that is used against these terms, and will tell you why.
11. Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
12. Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Please contact us first and we will try to sort it out. As a consumer, you can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Otherwise, disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
